No Human Being Is Illegal
Illegal Immigration have turned to be a crime like abortion and trafficking of guns. There is a conflict among the political parties about the issue of the immigration. According to the research, immigration has effects on the economy, cultural and also political status of the country. Immigrants do become the scapegoat when things turn astray, so they are taken as the screen of their frustration and aspiration.
No human being is illegal
According to recent research on illegal immigration, there has been an immerse immigration of immigrants from different parts of the world into the country. It was shown in the media that the government of the US legalized thousands of immigrants and gave them citizenships. According to the recent statistics of the United States economy, the country’s economy grew with a high percentage (Wong 2006).
This is because the immigrants play a major role in the growth of the economy. According to the author, immigrants are seen as the screen or the measuring instrument of the residence of the country. When good things happen, no one is to be blamed. What the writer is saying is not true because almost the whole population of the US think that all the immigrants are bad. Some of the immigrants are even law abiders than the native born citizens, (Wong 2006).
Although there are some of the immigrants who are better than the natives, they can not belong to the American society. It is true that the common interest of the citizens of the US to the immigrants is the same. In early nineteenth century, there were no immigration policies which governed those who entered and wanted the citizenship of the US. It is true that during 2001, the president at that time had an intention to legalize the Mexican immigration without any document. The issue was in the air for a while. It was lately when the president of the Mexican supported Bush’s ideas, (Wong 2006).
The information of the writer may be not reliable because of many reasons. Since the citizens of the US do not like the immigrants, information can be a weapon to show how bad non-residence is bad. The writing is not well organized because some of the information does keep repeating. Also the work does not bring clearly why the immigrants are bad. The idea of the author makes me feel confused at some points. This is because, immigration is said to be bad. At some points immigrants do count to the economy of the country and thus they are not bad, (Wong 2006).
The authors work is persuasive. The information of the writer has made me have some ideas of the immigration and also know what is right or wrong about the immigration. Writer tries to compare how bad or good immigration is and thus leaving room for the readers to come with their own conclusions. According to my point of view, there are some of the arguments which I disagree with. According to the residence of the US, they take immigration to be completely bad but at times the immigrants do contribute to the economies of the country, (Wong 2006).
Any kind of immigration will have the biggest support of the residence of US. They should also recognize that some of the immigration is for the well being of the country but also discourages illegal immigration.
